Sincetech Gas Turbine has been providing excellent service for china's gas turbine users since its foundation in 1998. Our scope of operation includes technical support, power plant maintenance, training, GT parts supply, etc. We have established own gas turbine service website: www.g-turbine.com. At present , our customers are located all over the country with a total installed capacity over 1,000 MW. Our service is specialized for gas turbine models Frame5, 6, 9.

In order to serve our customers better and to catch the fast growing GT service market, Sincetech Gas Turbine has reached common understanding with the Wiscom Electrical Co. Ltd. in 2001 to merged the two companies together.

The Wiscom Electrical Co. Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wiscom Group. Wiscom Electrical has a solid technical background and expertise in power plant automation, generator exiting system, intelligent switching device for in-plant auxiliary  electricity, protection, and the automation of distribution network, Wiscom Electrical has been awarded the quality system certification of ISO9001.

Wiscom Group is a main force of China's software industry. In 2001, Professor Yang Zhenning, the famous scientist and the Nobel prize winner, and Mrs. Wei Yu, vice-minister of the Ministry of Education, have visited the company successively. Sincetech provides maintenance planning consultation to GT users and recommends most cost-effective GT parts to them. Sincetech also promotes products and services through on-line advertisement and consultation for vendors who has agency relationship with Sincetech. 

2. Technical cooperation

• Provide diagnostic service for parts repairing before departure to partner’s plant

• Facilitate on-site and overseas gas turbine operation and maintenance training for Chinese GT users with lectures provided by partners

• Contract GT major overhaul through teaming up with partners and provide on-site technical support and facilitation

3. Brokerage service

Sincetech trades, as a broker on behalf of foreign and Chinese buyer and seller, used gas turbine and generators from China to abroad or the other way around. 

4. Seeking qualified workshop in China for foreign GT parts manufacturer

With its connection to Chinese metallurgical and mechanical factories and expertise in local business environment and exportation issues, Sincetech seeks and identifies qualified workshop for GT parts manufacturers. Sincetech helps the workshop and the buyer to build direct connection after preliminary screening conducted by Sincetech.

At present, the capacity of natural gas fired power generation accounts only 2% of the 336 GW power generation capacity in China. With the implementation of "transmitting the natural gas from the gas-rich West to the demand center East" and the increasing pressure of environment protection, China will dramatically increase natural gas consumption in power sector. By 2010, the capacity of natural gas generation is anticipated to exceed 8% of total national capacity. The on-going 4,600Km West-to-East natural gas pipeline project will stimulate about  10,000 MW new gas turbine generation capacity alongside the pipeline route and convert existing distillate oil/heavy oil fueled gas turbines.

Globalization, liberalization and technology are the three major forces shaping the future of our world and business. Even comparatively small business like power plant technical and part supply business, feels the trend and faces the enormous opportunity the quick changes brought.
